Showstoppers Children’s Holiday Club in Lossiemouth – 11-15 July 2022

May 11, 2022 by 2

Malcolm Moseley-Holmes III invites you to Showstoppers at St. James’

Our last holiday club took place in July 2019 so…

We are excited to again be running a children’s holiday club in conjunction with the wonderful Out of the Box.

Out of the Box (Scotland) Ltd (OOTB) is a charity set up in 2004 to provide Christian outreach using puppetry, song and other forms of performing arts.

Chris Watt, Children’s Worker with OOTB, will lead the club, which will be held in the Hall at St James’ Church from 10am to 12 noon, Monday to Friday (11 – 15 July 2022).

The club is open to Primary school children.

At the lower age level, this means children who, by July 2022, have completed Primary 1 (i.e. it does not include children who will be starting P1 in August 2022).

The title of the club is “Showstoppers”.

The material originally comes from a Scripture Union holiday club but it has been adapted by Chris and his colleagues at OOTB.

It has a theatrical, performing arts basis.

Ans, as you would expect, there will be plenty of opportunity for craft-making, action songs, Bible stories, puppets, challenges and loads of fun (plus juice and snacks).

Information has been distributed to local primary schools.

This was distribution of postcard flyers about the Club.

A registration form can now be downloaded – Word document – by CLICKING HERE.

Completed forms can be returned physically to Peter Brash at 4 Union Street, Lossiemouth, or by emailing the completed form as an attachment to the email address in the image below or to stjameslossie@gmail.com

The club is open to any child (within the age range mentioned above) and free to attend.

If you have any questions at this point about the Children’s Holiday Club in Lossiemouth, feel free to contact us via this website.

Further updates will follow 🙂
